This service is designed for the couple that has completed all
of their wedding planning
and would like to
have someone on site to see that the event runs smoothly and as
planned.
This is a great
service to ease your anxiety and to allow yourself and family to be
guests at your wedding,
but please
realize it is not a planning service.

Direction of wedding rehearsal

Organization of hostesses and ushers
Wedding program distribution
Pinning of wedding flowers
Assure rings are on site
Coordination of Photographer and Videographer
Coordination with Officiant (s)
Coordination with/Cuing of Musicians
Distribution of ring pillow, bell, flower basket and Bible
Organize and cue wedding party processional
Containment of late guests and seating
